On March 26, 2026, LIANGGU Valve Group grandly held its 2025 Annual Outstanding Employee Recognition Conference. Group executives, heads of business divisions and subsidiaries, and representatives of outstanding employees gathered together to reflect on a year of dedication and achievements amid honor and applause, and to embark on a new journey driven by shared goals and commitments.

董事長潘成桃：堅定信心，向更高目標邁進
作為集團發展的掌舵人，潘成桃董事長首先向一年來奮戰在各條戰線上的全體員工致以誠摯問候，并向受到表彰的先進個人和團隊表示熱烈祝賀。
他在發言中指出，2025年是良固閥門集團持續突破、成果豐碩的一年，也是集團邁向更高質量發展階段的重要一年。面對國內外市場環境變化，全體良固人始終保持戰略定力，以實干應對挑戰，以創新贏得市場，在生產、銷售、技術、管理、品牌建設等方面都取得了進步。
As the helm of the Group, Chairman Pan Chengtao first extended his sincere greetings to all employees who have worked diligently across various fronts over the past year, and warmly congratulated the individuals and teams being recognized.
In his speech, he pointed out that 2025 was a year of continuous breakthroughs and fruitful achievements for LIANGGU Valve Group, as well as a crucial year in its transition toward higher-quality development.
他強調，成績屬于過去，發展仍需前行。隨著20萬平方米新總部即將投產，良固邁向世界級閥門工廠的藍圖正逐步變為現實。未來，將持續推進創新驅動與智能化升級，提升研發、制造與全球服務能力，朝著“優秀的閥門企業及解決方案集成供應商”目標堅定前進。
最后，他號召全體員工堅定信心、協同奮進，以務實作風和高效執行，推動集團發展再上新臺階。
He emphasized that achievements belong to the past, while progress must continue. He called on all employees to remain confident, work in unity, and drive the Group to new heights through a pragmatic approach and efficient execution.
總裁潘成漲：以經營突破，夯實發展底盤
潘成漲總裁圍繞集團2025年度經營成果、市場布局和發展態勢作了系統總結。根本在于全體員工的拼搏奉獻，也在于集團多年來堅持技術立企、品質興企、品牌強企的發展戰略。無論是國內市場深耕，還是海外市場拓展，良固都展現出了強勁的發展勢頭。
他指出，經營的關鍵在于構建持續增長能力。過去一年，集團在供應鏈、產能保障、交付與風險控制等方面持續優化，推動經營質量與效益提升。未來，將聚焦重點客戶、行業與區域，強化能源、電力、化工等領域服務能力，推進銷售、服務與品牌體系升級。
最后，他勉勵全體員工，要以更強的責任感和市場意識，搶抓機遇、直面競爭，用結果說話、用業績證明，在新一輪發展中貢獻更大力量。
President Pan Chengzhang provided a systematic review of the Group’s 2025 business performance, market positioning, and development momentum. He noted that these achievements stem not only from the dedication of all employees, but also from the Group’s long-standing strategy of building the enterprise through technology, strengthening it through quality, and enhancing it through branding.
He encouraged all employees to take on greater responsibility and sharpen their market awareness—seizing opportunities, facing competition head-on, and proving their value through tangible results and performance in the next phase of growth.

潘俊祥總經理作為集團特種閥生產基地及5G智能工廠代表發言，表示基地依托集團平臺，在重大項目配套與關鍵產品交付中，持續提升質量與交付能力，有力支撐集團市場拓展。
他鄭重表示，站在新的起點上，各分公司將緊緊圍繞集團戰略部署，錨定目標、主動擔當，進一步強化市場開拓、客戶維護和項目服務，堅定不移完成年度任務，為集團實現更高目標貢獻更大力量。
General Manager Pan Junxiang, speaking as a representative of the subsidiaries, stated that at this new starting point, each subsidiary will closely align with the Group’s strategic direction, stay goal-oriented, take initiative, and further strengthen market development, customer relations, and project services—ensuring the successful completion of annual targets and contributing greater value to the Group’s broader ambitions.

The conference then moved into the exciting award ceremony. A number of individuals and teams who demonstrated outstanding performance and made remarkable contributions in 2025 stepped onto the stage to receive their well-deserved recognition.
